Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial properties, including handling operational emergencies or renovations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with leases and real estate terms (CAM/OPEx/Additional Rent).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US.
• Vendor, contractor and tenant management.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Work with leasing agents.
• Maintain comprehensive property files, keeping them organized and up-to-date.
• Assist with sourcing potential real estate opportunities via research on MLS and engaging with brokers throughout the US.
• Any remodeling, disaster projects, and the cleanliness of all our properties.
• Potential to travel 20 percent.
