The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial property management experience, strong financial acumen with CAM reconciliations, and proficiency in Yardi and MRI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in Business/Real Estate/Finance or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant-relations success.
• 3+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting, CAM reconciliations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build strong tenant relationships and deliver proactive tenant service.
• Manage property maintenance, capital projects, vendor relationships, and tenant improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, budget projections, and market analyses for ownership decisions.
• Coordinate lease administration, renewals, amendments, and TI requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and environmental standards; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties to fulfill property management agreements and requirements.
