Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a National Civic Leader to spearhead growth and development of its Civic practice across the United States. The role involves driving national expansion, strengthening client relationships and building capabilities across offices, while collaborating with executive and regional leadership to own the national Civic strategy.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment, headcount growth and talent development, oversee project pipelines, and represent the firm within the Civic

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a recognised architecture or multidisciplinary design firm.
• Strong background in Civic, Municipal or broader public-sector architecture.
• Proven track record of growing a practice, market sector or business unit.
• Established relationships with public-sector clients and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition and major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national Civic practice with a cohesive multi-office strategy.
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and market expansion.
• Secure Civic and Municipal opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
• Lead national practice expansion, including recruitment and talent development.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to maximize cross-office opportunities.
• Oversee commercial performance: revenue, profitability and pipeline.
• Represent the firm in the Civic sector, strengthening market presence.
