Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, project or program coordination, supply chain support, or sales support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reporting, data tracking, presentations, and business documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, communicate progress, manage competing deadlines, and ensure commitments are completed.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy within business systems, trackers, or similar tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support for business processes, projects, and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, project, and activity records within internal systems and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and support validation and reconciliation of operational or financial data.
• Develop meeting materials, presentations, supporting documents, and other content for internal and client-facing activities.
• Coordinate planning activities for team-wide and department-wide initiatives.
• Support the development of pricing, proposals, and statements of work by gathering information, updating templates, and coordinating internal reviews.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure business materials, templates, methodologies, and resources remain current and accessible.
• Manage activity and opportunity information in Teams-based trackers and similar platforms and perform routine audits to support data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal communication by sharing updates, process changes, findings, and relevant information across teams.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that support greater efficiency and consistency.
