Qualifications

• Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in business operations, project coordination, or sales support.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support for business processes, projects, and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, projects, and activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports and support data validation.
• Develop meeting materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Coordinate planning for team-wide and department-wide initiatives.
• Support pricing, proposals, and statements of work by gathering information, updating templates, and coordinating internal reviews.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure business materials, templates, methodologies, and resources remain current and accessible.
• Manage activity and opportunity information in Teams-based trackers and perform routine audits to support data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal communication by sharing updates, process changes, findings, and relevant information across teams.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
