Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical tools preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, contract utilization or purchasing analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics, BI, reporting automation and data modeling to support client priorities.
• Partner with clients to identify spend management priorities and translate needs into analytics.
• Develop, maintain and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Build and validate analytical models for forecasting and decision making.
• Design, develop and automate dashboards, reports and scorecards.
• Ingest data from multiple sources ensuring quality and consistency.
• Deliver insights with clear reporting and data storytelling to clients.
• Collaborate across business, clinical, operational and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate where possible.
• Manage project priorities, methodologies and knowledge transfer.
