Job summary

The Kimberton Group is building a national drug and alcohol testing consortium and third-party administrator platform. The C/TPA Operations and Compliance Manager will lead regulatory compliance across the Kimberton Group's portfolio and oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep DOT/FMCSA knowledge, strong people management, and the ability to operate in an acquisition-driven environment where processes are built, standardized, and scaled

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing DOT drug and alcohol testing programs within a C/TPA, regulated employer, government agency, or related compliance organization.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience with FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements or ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Experience beyond routine administrative or DES responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply sound judgment.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, program reviews, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPA leadership and account management across accounts from owner-operators to multi-state enterprises.
• Oversee compliance procedures, documentation standards, and employee training across the platform.
• Integrate acquired companies, standardize workflows, and build scalable systems for TPA operations.
