Job summary

Kimble Company is seeking a knowledgeable Safety Compliance Lead to strengthen our safety program and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, fleet adherence, and training employees in safe practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Health & Safety, familiarity with MSHA/OSHA/FMCSA, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety with knowledge of MSHA, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations.
• Familiarity with accident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Spectrum (Trimble) and Power BI is a plus.
• Safety certifications (CDS, CSS, OSHA 30, etc.) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping compliance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and state laws.
• Monitor driver qualification files, hours of service, MVRs, drug and alcohol testing, and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain MSHA requirements including Part 46 & 48 training, sampling, and quarterly reporting.
• Update client compliance software (ISNetworld, PEC, Avetta, etc.).
• Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform internal safety audits, inspections, and fleet compliance checks.
• Track and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Support Operations and Safety Team with additional duties.

With a growing fleetand a team of dedicated professionals, we are seeking a knowledgeable andproactive Safety Compliance Lead to strengthen our safety program and ensurecompliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

Position Summary

The SafetyCompliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining fleet compliance, and confirming that employees are properly trained, licensed as required, and following safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
• Ensure company compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and applicable state laws
