Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant for the Employee Benefits group. The role leads data analytics, supports underwriting, and delivers client‑facing insights on a national scale from a remote/Florida‑located position.

You will collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and Account Teams to drive data‑driven decision making, renewals, and strategic client outcomes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/finance/economics/statistics/math/actuarial related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear client insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data analytics activities on a national scale including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and client consultation.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
