Job Description

Start Date: 6/16/2025

Bilingual Preferred: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, and Spanish.

Required License: Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License

Job Summary: Telesales role. Responsible for making and taking telephone calls with prospective members to educate them on Molina products and conduct enrollment over the phone or other channels.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs/income assistance programs.
  • Experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals in a Telesales environment.
  • Understanding of CMS telephone marketing regulations.
  • Ability to take inbound and make outbound calls.
  • Strong telephone sales skills.
  • Ability to conduct presentations, needs analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Conducts enrollment into desired products after sales cycle completion.
  • Sets up in-person meetings and manages RSVP's for events.
  • Meets or exceeds individual sales goals.

Job Qualifications:

Required Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Required Experience: 1-3 years

Required License, Certification, Association: Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License

Preferred Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years
