Job summary

Kelso Industries seeks a National BAS Field Service Operations Manager to lead nationwide BAS field service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will coordinate with remote BAS operations and build a scalable, profitable service organization across manufacturers and technologies.

Travel approximately 30–50% is expected, with oversight of technicians, standards, and performance metrics to deliver a high-quality customer experience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BAS, controls, HVAC controls, or related building-systems experience.
• 5+ years of service operations, project operations, technical leadership, or management experience.
• Strong understanding of BAS service operations and field-service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing technicians or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences.
• Experience troubleshooting complex BAS systems.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national BAS field service operations and performance.
• Lead field technician leadership and development.
• Develop and maintain BAS service standards.
• Coordinate with Kelso Connected & Remote Operations.
• Oversee BAS service agreement execution and onboarding.
• Serve as escalation point for complex BAS service issues.
• Support multi-manufacturer BAS capabilities and service improvements.
• Drive quality assurance, customer experience, and financial performance.
