Job summary

Kelso Building Services seeks a National BAS Field Service Operations Manager to drive operational performance of BAS field service across the United States. You will lead field technicians, set service standards, and coordinate with remote operations to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable service.

You will oversee multi-manufacturer BAS capabilities, handle complex escalations, and ensure customer value through effective standards, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BAS, controls, HVAC controls, or related building-systems experience.
• 5+ years of service operations, project operations, technical leadership, or management experience.
• Strong understanding of BAS service operations and field-service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing technicians or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences.
• Experience troubleshooting complex BAS systems.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national BAS field service operations and performance.
• Lead field technicians and develop talent across regions.
• Develop and enforce BAS service standards and measurable customer value.
• Coordinate with remote BAS operations and service agreements.
• Manage multi-manufacturer BAS capabilities and repair projects.
• Provide escalation support for complex BAS issues across levels 1-3.
• Drive customer experience, quality assurance, and financial performance.
