Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the bargaining program area and develop major plans to strengthen bargaining capacity across locals.
• Provide strategic leadership for complex bargaining efforts including first contracts and multi-employer campaigns.
• Identify politically sensitive issues and implement decisions in coordination with senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with affiliate leaders, senior staff, and external partners to align strategy and execution.
• Develop training programs and tools for local leaders on bargaining and contract campaigns.
• Supervise staff, set priorities, and oversee budget in alignment with organizational goals.
