Qualifications

15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one US State.

Responsibilities

Lead and continue development of a progressive national aviation practice.
Build, maintain, and manage client relationships with the goal of securing aviation projects nationwide.
Act as technical lead in civil engineering designs, drawings, specs, and cost estimates for landside and airside work.
Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to engineering design staff.
Assist with talent acquisition to grow the aviation practice.
Develop and implement business development strategies for airport projects.
