Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics at a national scale, partnering with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights for underwriting, renewal negotiations, and client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Partner with Producers and Benefits teams by providing analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
• Utilize analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends, benchmarking data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, analytical capabilities, and service delivery.
• Partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to support client objectives.
