Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead nationwide analytics, data collection, and client consultation. Remote with Eastern Time Zone and Florida options; location/support in Longwood, FL.

The role partners with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights for underwriting, renewals, and strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, manual rating methodologies, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial risk assessment.
• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data‑driven financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution‑development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate complex information clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Utilize analytics tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends and benchmarking data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and account teams to meet client objectives.
