Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a National Accounts Specialist to support national accounts activities from Cleveland, OH. You will assist coordinators and sales reps, prepare quotes, manage orders, and coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in foodservice with CFSP certification preferred, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a customer-first mindset. This hybrid role includes benefits and room for growth within a national company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in foodservice/hospitality with national accounts exposure.
• CFSP Test within 3 years; CFSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support national accounts coordinators and sales reps with inquiries and requests.
• Generate quotes and assist with discounts as applicable.
• Process orders accurately and on time per requirements.
• Coordinate shipments, installations, and logistics with vendors and customers.
• Maintain data on quotes, orders, and installations and prepare reports.
