Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates in Worcester, MA seeks a National Accounts Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring national accounts and expanding product penetration across corrugated packaging, POP displays, folding carton, and graphic packaging.

You will serve as the primary contact for national accounts, lead strategic growth plans, manage RFQ/RFP processes, and coordinate with design, estimating, production, and logistics teams while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6–8 years of business, sales, marketing, product/brand management, or manufacturing experience.
  • Previous corrugated packaging sales experience.
  • Experience managing large, multi-location or national customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated success selling corrugated packaging, folding carton, displays, graphic packaging, or related packaging solutions.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new national account opportunities across targeted markets.
  • Develop and maintain a book of business with revenue of at least $4M annually by month 18.
  • Expand product penetration within existing national accounts with packaging solutions and value-added services.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for corrugated packaging, folding carton, POP displays, and related solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans focusing on new customer acquisition and increased share of wallet.
  • Coordinate customer initiatives across multiple facilities and business units.
  • Lead customer business reviews and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, customer service, production, and logistics teams.
  • Identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
  • Foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Special projects as required.

Summary

The National Accounts Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new national accounts while expanding product penetration within existing strategic customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for national accounts and collaborates with internal teams across multiple facilities to deliver corrugated packaging, point‑of‑purchase displays, folding carton products, and graphic packaging solutions. The position focuses on expanding revenue, strengthening customer partnerships, identifying value‑added opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive positive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new national account opportunities across targeted markets.
  • Develop and maintain a book of business with a revenue of at least $4M annually by the 18th month of employment.
  • Expand product penetration within existing national accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce additional packaging solutions, manufacturing capabilities, and value‑added services.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for corrugated packaging, folding carton, POP displays, graphic packaging, and related solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans focused on both new customer acquisition and increasing share of wallet within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate customer initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities and business units.
  • Lead customer business reviews and executive‑level presentations.
  • Manage RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, customer service, production, and logistics teams.
  • Identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Packaging Engineering, or related field required.
  • 6–8 years of business, sales, marketing, product/brand management, or manufacturing experience required.
  • Previous corrugated packaging sales experience required.
