Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or project coordination in fencing or building materials.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial fence products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight timelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests for National Accounts.
• Develop accurate, timely quotes across product categories and vendor partners.
• Partner with NAMs, OSRs, and estimating teams to ensure pricing alignment and consistency.
• Present quotes and revisions in a clear, customer-ready format.
• Act as the primary internal coordinator for assigned National Account projects.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams; provide proactive updates.
• Enter and maintain project data in ERP/CRM; build and manage an Order Report.
