• Coordinate resources across service branches to meet project objectives and schedules.
• Support contract renewals and negotiations with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope; manage risks and issues.
• Provide reporting, escalation, and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
