Job summary

AmaWaterways, LLC is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator in Calabasas, CA. The role focuses on coordinating Marketing and Sales activities with external accounts to optimize cost of sale and boost revenue across national accounts and key agencies.

Responsibilities include managing partnerships, coordinating plans with the National Accounts Team, and preparing marketing collateral and presentations. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is required along with strong MS Office and PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or 1–2 years related experience.
Computer skills required: MS Office, Project Management, Database, Internet, Email, Reservation software.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

Manages partnerships and relationships with national accounts and travel agencies.
Supports plans with the National Accounts Team to increase revenue and market share.
Maintains log and calendar of activities and events (Conferences, Trade Shows, Webinars, Calls).
Ensures collateral is ordered and shipped timely to support activities.
Provides content for marketing collateral and reviews materials.
Liaises with external accounts and internal teams to develop marketing materials.
