Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical, construction, or distribution environments.
• Experience with progressive billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage lighting and electrical product projects from contract award through procurement, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates on status, schedules, and changes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet timelines.
• Prepare and submit progressive billing, including schedules of values, pay applications, and percent complete invoicing.
• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile billing and monitor payments.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and submittals to ensure configurations meet requirements.
• Identify and resolve project risks and delays; communicate impacts clearly.
