Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks an Inventory Planner to analyze sales and demand patterns, forecast inventory needs, and coordinate supply with planning, manufacturing, and channels. You will develop strategies to balance stock and service, including MTO and non-stocked programs.

The role requires collaboration with National Accounts and plants to optimize inventory health and forecast accuracy, with focus on minimizing risk and maximizing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience in SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and performance to identify inventory needs.
• Review project pipelines and schedules to develop inventory strategies and forecasts.
• Create and manage blanket orders to support inventory availability and service commitments.
• Develop incremental forecasts for new opportunities and account growth.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align capacity with demand.
