Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Technician - National Accounts to perform on-site startup and service of National Account products. You will provide technical support via phone or email to help customers troubleshoot equipment in the field.

Travel to job sites is required; individuals must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time in Pryor, OK with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum three years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Field service and technical support for national accounts.
• Install, test, and maintain HVAC/refrigeration equipment on-site.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
