Job summary

You will support customers with technical guidance, drawings, and field training while coordinating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to deliver solutions.

The role focuses on expanding partnerships, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Expect up to 25% travel and a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial sales experience acceptable.
• Prior account management or sales experience in a manufacturing or technical industry beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
• Travel to customer locations and training events up to 25% of time.
• Provide product selection guidance, technical drawings, and field support.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to address technical concerns and ensure quality.
