ADP, a global leader in cloud-based human capital management solutions, is hiring a National Accounts Sales Representative. You will identify and cultivate new prospects in a large territory, cross-sell ADP solutions to existing clients, and effectively close sales with the support of comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in sales.
• Proven ability to exceed quotas and close deals.
• B2B sales experience in HR solutions or payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Implement and execute sales strategies.
• Develop and execute cold calling to target prospects.
• Mine clients for referral business and cross-sell solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relations across internal/external stakeholders.
• Connect customer needs with ADP products and services.
