Job summary

Servier, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks a National Account Director (GPO) to manage top U.S. distributors and oncology GPOs, guiding access and policy development for Servier products.

The role requires deep industry relationships, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal and Compliance to maximize portfolio access and patient impact. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in market access or channel accounts.
• Proven long-term relationships with National Distributors and Oncology GPOs.
• Hematology and/or Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory/compliance environment and PhRMA code.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with Cencora (ION) and Cardinal (VitalSource) GPOs and partners.
• Drive Servier’s strategic goals and enhance patient access for portfolio products.
• Establish partnerships with assigned customers at leadership level.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop account plans and pull-through strategies.
