Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to support DDQ/RFP/RFI responses and coordinate data across Portfolio, Product, HR, and Compliance. The role focuses on driving accurate, timely submissions for intermediary platforms and wealth management networks.

You will work in a hybrid environment, interfacing with internal teams to compile product data, investment philosophies, and metrics while maintaining a library of proposal content and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
Three to five years of experience in financial services, asset management, or investment management.
Fundamental understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles preferred.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); comfort with CRM and RFP tools.
Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset toward internal and external clients.
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end DDQ/RFP lifecycle, tracking deadlines and ensuring on-time submissions.
Coordinate with Portfolio, Product, HR, and Compliance to gather updated data and metrics.
Tailor standard proposal responses to platform requirements of wealth management clients.
Maintain and update centralized proposal content library with refreshed statistics and narratives.
Route responses through legal and compliance review to adhere to SEC and FINRA guidelines.
Assist broader teams with special projects and audits as needed.
