Job summary

Raymond James in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to support DDQ/RFP lifecycle, coordinate responses, and ensure timely submissions.

You will collaborate with Portfolio, Product, HR and Compliance to gather product data, investment philosophies, and metrics, tailor responses for wealth-management clients, and maintain our centralized proposal content library under regulatory review.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning specialized software.
• Fundamental understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end DDQ/RFP lifecycle, tracking deadlines and ensuring all intermediary responses are submitted on time.
• Interface with Portfolio, Product, Human Resources, and Compliance to gather updated product data and metrics.
• Tailor standard proposal responses to address the platform requirements of wealth-management clients.
• Maintain and update the centralized proposal content library with refreshed statistics and narratives.
• Route all drafted responses through legal and compliance review to adhere to SEC and FINRA guidelines.
• Assist broader teams with special projects and audits as needed.
