Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to support DDQ/RFP/RFI responses for intermediary platforms, brokers, and financial advisors. You will coordinate data, update product statistics, and ensure timely submissions.

You will work across internal teams to tailor responses, maintain the content library, and navigate the legal/compliance review process under SEC/FINRA guidelines. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3–6 years in financial services or asset management preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; CRM familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support DDQ/RFP/RFI lifecycle, track deadlines and submissions.
• Coordinate with Portfolio, Product, HR and Compliance for data.
• Tailor proposal responses to platform requirements of clients.
• Maintain centralized proposal content library with updates.
• Route responses for legal and compliance review per SEC/FINRA.
