Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to support DDQ/RFP/RFI responses and coordinate data across Portfolio, Product, HR, and Compliance. The role focuses on driving accurate, timely submissions for intermediary platforms and wealth management networks.

You will work in a hybrid environment, interfacing with internal teams to compile product data, investment philosophies, and metrics while maintaining a library of proposal content and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in financial services, asset management, or investment management.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); comfort with CRM and RFP tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset toward internal and external clients.
  • Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

Analyze data to draw insights, patterns and conclusions that will enable the business to improve their products, services, processes or to develop new strategies. Must be adept at handling large, complex datasets and developing and applying robust analytical processes including data cleaning, data interpretation models, forecasting, pattern identification and trend analysis. As well as studying product and process-related data, may also be involved in studying environmental conditions in which the firm operates, competitor behavior, or other data sources. Requires knowledge of tools and methods including statistics, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Job Description
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized National Accounts Data and Reporting Analystto join our team. This role is critical for supporting the growth of theintermediary business, internalplatforms, broker dealers, and financial advisors by coordinating and drafting responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs),Requests for Proposals (RFPs), andRequests for Information (RFIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end DDQ/RFP lifecycle, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all intermediary platform questionnaires are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Interface with various internal teams including Portfolio, Product, Human Resources, and Complianceto gather updated product data, investment philosophies, and organizational metrics.
  • Assist in tailoring standard proposal responses to address the unique platform requirements of key wealth management clients and financial advisor networks.
  • Maintain,and systematically update our centralized proposal content librarywith refreshed product statistics and narrative updates.
  • Route all drafted responses throughformal legal and compliance review workflow to ensure strict adherence to SEC and FINRA regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist the broader internal teams with special projects and audits as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience within financial services, investment management, or asset managementare highly preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial markets andinvestment vehicles is preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel). Comfort learning specialized software, such as RFP automation tools or CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset toward internal sales desks and external clients.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
