Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented investment research professional to assist in analyzing portfolio analytics, asset allocation, and client holdings under supervision. You will support Financial Advisors by compiling industry and company research, building financial models, and preparing reports that inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years’ experience in financial services with emphasis on market research.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by HR.
• SIE required; Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 as needed by state.

Responsibilities

• Collects fundamental research on related companies as requested by Financial Advisors.
• Uses analytical tools to research investment products, asset allocation and portfolio analysis.
• Assists in development of financial models for revenue and income forecasts.
• Prepares customized written industry and company reports for Advisors.
• Supports client meetings to identify goals and tolerances.
