Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators.
• Develop and implement operational process improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Monitor budgets and action plans with Operations Management.
• Collaborate across departments to ensureNational Account customers are served and informed.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans for staff.
• Build relationships with National Account customers and provide timely updates.
