Job summary

Everon in Irving, TX is seeking a Maintenance and Inspections Supervisor for National Account burglar, fire alarm, card access and CCTV systems. You will develop NAS strategies, ensure delivery targets, and drive customer satisfaction through effective process, reporting and issue resolution.

The role requires 3–5 years in security projects (CCTV/IDS/Access control), strong leadership and communication, and a hands-on, organized approach to day-to-day operations in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years in security project work including CCTV, Intercom, IDS, and access control.
• AA degree or technical training preferred; equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of alarm industry standards and hands-on customer-focused service.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Reduce backlog and manage aging service tickets for national accounts.
• Coordinate escalations with branch personnel to meet service needs.
• Lead weekly team meetings and disseminate organizational updates.
• Submit accurate data entries, PTO, payroll, and related documentation.
