You will lead communications, address customer issues, and coordinate with Marmic branches to ensure accurate billing and timely service delivery. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets/Word, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, Word and Docs.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build durable customer relationships and work with branches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for National Accounts and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Marmic branches on work orders and billing.
• Support operational tasks and drive process improvements.
