Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review and complete account maintenance requests to ensure contract compliance.
• Evaluate customer issues, track them in Dynamics 365, and update SAP accounts accordingly.
• Provide solutions and follow up with teams to resolve national account issues within deadlines.
• Drive customer satisfaction through accurate information and status reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and field teams with clear communication.
