Strategic Account Manager – Oncology

Fraser Dove International is partnering exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical organisation. Operating remotely across the Midwest to East Coast USA, they are committed to delivering high-quality generic injectable products to oncology clinics and healthcare providers.

Our client is seeking a strategic leader to manage key oncology accounts and negotiate contracts to maximise portfolio performance.

Your objectives:

As the Strategic Account Manager – Oncology, you will be measured against the following objectives:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key oncology networks and GPOs
  • Negotiate favourable contracts across the client’s generic injectable portfolio
  • Drive account compliance, monitor sales performance, and identify growth opportunities

What you will do:

As the Strategic Account Manager – Oncology, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage key accounts including large Oncology Networks, GPOs, and healthcare providers
  • Understand customer goals and build professional relationships with decision-makers
  • Negotiate and execute favourable contract terms for new and existing product launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Ops, Marketing, and Supply Chain
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, resolving issues and maximising compliance
  • Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
  • Participate in trade shows and strategic planning meetings

What you will bring:

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Strategic Account Manager – Oncology:

  • 5-7 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2-3 in Generic Oncology
  • In-depth knowledge of the Oncology and Clinic Market, GPOs, and oncology business landscape
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and financial presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and client relationship management skills
  • Experience interpreting financial and market data to guide strategic decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Valid US driver's license required
