PACCAR Leasing (PLC)
PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. Requisition Summary

Want to be part of a dynamic organization? The chosen candidate will drive fleet growth by identifying, quoting, and selling PacLease products to major fleets in North America. The National Account Sales Executive will be responsible for new business acquisition, market development, customer retention, and sales leadership in the Western US Region. Works remotely, located near a major airport in the Western United States. Other work locations within the region are possible.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Secure new business by developing and expanding a national account base in assigned territory. Direct solicitation of full-service lease and contract maintenance agreements from national accounts.
  • Develop and evaluate information on targeted fleets, identifying prospective customers and creating a strategy with an action plan to realize the potential of these new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing national account customer base by adding vehicles in areas where the customer is currently doing business with PacLease, by adding locations with existing customers, and by retaining existing business through a proactive replacement and retention plan.
  • Maximize the use and effectiveness of the National Account Sales program in assigned territory.
  • Follow up with franchises on sales leads submitted to assist them in securing full-service lease and contract maintenance business. Provide prompt and meaningful feedback to franchise personnel to improve their prospect identification and qualification skills.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and documentation in Salesforce CRM tool.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • Demonstrated sales success in a national sales role.
  • Five to ten years full-service commercial truck lease sales experience at a national level.
  • Established relationships with Fortune 1000 and Top 100 Private Fleets.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and adaptability.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence others.
  • Must possess technical and professional competence.
  • Must be able to meet extensive travel requirements (60%).

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
