Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Specialty Sales Support Associate to provide pre-sale and post-sale support for specialty benefits, acting as a liaison across Sales, Underwriting, Implementation, Account Management, Brokers, and Plan Sponsors.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, keep Salesforce records accurate, and help update opportunity stages while resolving issues and delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, sales support or project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales process from quote to post-sale.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity data.
• Assist updating opportunity stages, win probabilities, and case statuses.
• Coordinate with Corporate Sales Support for RFP submissions.
• Research and resolve quoting issues, underwriting concerns and escalations.
• Serve as SME for sales support processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Medical Sales Support, Underwriting, Implementation, Account Management and other teams.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple functional areas.
