Job summary

WOODWEB seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a key strategic client relationship representing $6–7 million in annual revenue. This role is dedicated to supporting one major national account with a pipeline of projects requiring roughly two months active production and two months active installation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in millwork or commercial construction.
• Expertise in construction means and methods, installation, field coordination, and sequencing.
• Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership to influence production teams, field crews, subcontractors, and customers.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• AWI standards knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Spanish language capability is a plus.
