Job summary

Mark Richey Woodworking, a Nationally Acclaimed Architectural Millwork Company, seeks a Project Manager-Architectural Millwork to lead high-profile projects in a 100,000sf shop powered by renewable energy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in custom millwork, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Architecture, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, holidays, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in custom architectural millwork manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor projects to meet customers’ expectations.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Act as the communicator between our millwork shop, GC, architect, developer, and end user.
• Review production to ensure compliance.
• Create weekly schedules from production and engineering outlines.
• Maintain financial responsibility for assigned projects or work orders.
