Job summary

Woodweb in New York seeks a motivated Commercial Millwork Project Manager with expertise in coordinating large-scale millwork installations. You will analyze requirements, define scope, set resource needs and establish production schedules with critical milestones, while interfacing with contractors, architects, vendors and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial millwork or related fields.
• Strong understanding of custom millwork and commercial casework construction methods.
• Experience with projects in institutional, corporate, retail, medical facilities and high-end residential products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job requirements, define scope, determine resource needs and establish production schedules and deadlines.
• Provide detailed project schedules with critical milestones.
• Communicate with contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors professionally.
• Take field measurements as needed and prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Review job requirements with the team and manage changes in drawings to define path of construction.
