National Account Manager, West Grocery, Hu

Join us at Mondelēz International as a National Account Manager, West Grocery, Hu. We are seeking a passionate sales leader to drive growth in the conventional grocery channel for Hu Products, focusing on large accounts such as Albertson’s, Safeway, HEB, Hy-Vee, and Meijer.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the Sr. National Account Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for West Conventional grocery customers.
• Driving revenue growth and opening new channels and accounts.
• Optimizing relationships with partners through pricing, promotions, POS, and in-store campaigns.
• Partnering with trade, marketing, and operations teams to support account growth and manage promotional initiatives.
• Leveraging broker and distributor networks to support channels.
• Providing trade feedback for product development and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing Albertson’s, HEB, Hy-Vee, and Meijer accounts.
• Deep understanding of the grocery channel landscape.
• Proven success in sales strategy development, partnership building, and negotiations.
• Experience with distributor relationships (e.g., UNFI, KeHe).
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills.

The position offers a salary range of $117,400 to $161,425, plus a competitive bonus and benefits package. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the Sr. National Account Manager – Mass.
