Qualifications

• State General Agent Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days of starting.
• Bachelor Degree and 1 year of health insurance/health care service/sales/marketing experience OR 3 years of health insurance/health care service/sales/marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service, presentation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and sales system.
• Willingness and ability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales or Account Management in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.
• Research inquiries from customers or company representatives.
• Coordinate research through internal contacts and bring issues to Sales/AM.
• Respond to customers or representatives and coordinate meetings.
• Gather data, create or maintain databases and prepare enrollment materials.
• Summarize and analyze results for Sales or staff and support enrollment sessions.
