Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a hybrid-role professional based in Austin, TX to support Account Management in renewing clients within an assigned book of business. You will assist brokers and clients, gather information for proposals, maintain databases, and prepare utilization reports.

The role requires coordinating research with internal teams, attending enrollment meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have State General Agent Insurance License or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor Degree and 1 year of health insurance/health care field experience OR 3 years in related field.
• Strong organizational and project implementation skills; good communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Renew clients within a book of business; support Account Executives.
• Develop relationships with clients and brokers/consultants.
• Research inquiries and coordinate with internal teams; prepare reports and analyses.
• Attend health fairs and enrollment meetings as required.
• Maintain databases and assist in enrollment sessions.
