The Cigna Group is seeking a skilled National Account Manager to oversee operational performance and strategy for their clients. The ideal candidate will have significant healthcare experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in account management. This position plays a critical role in supporting clients' benefit programs and achieving growth targets.
Candidate needs to be based in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, or California.
The National Account Manager (NAM) will have responsibility for the overall operational performance, strategy, and execution for Cigna clients with 5,000+ employee lives. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing broad service strategies to support large client global benefit programs, wellness, and employee relations goals, as well as Cigna's persistency, membership growth, and earnings targets. The NAM effectively manages business relationships, collaborates, and communicates across all product and operational lines to ensure systems and processes meet client and customer needs, and drive organizational efficiency.

For remote work, internet must be broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds.
Anticipated salary range is $80,900 - $134,800 annually, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
