This role involves building a top-tier Direct Source program, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and executing client strategies. The ideal candidate has knowledge of recruitment processes and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic environment. The salary range is $55,000 to $70,000 with additional commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex contingent labor programs.
• Working experience with a managed service provider or contingent workforce program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client.
• Grow relationships with key hiring managers.
• Collaborate with senior leaders for marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute a client strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of top talent.

Skills

Knowledge of complex contingent labor programs

Knowledge of modern recruitment strategy

Knowledge of the workforce industry

Basic ATS Administration skills

Experience supporting US based/Canada based clients

Education

Secondary Education or comparable experience
