Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Planning Supply Chain Analyst to support the enterprise supply chain through business planning and ongoing data analysis. This role focuses on demand planning, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration while driving improvements in inventory, costs, and planning processes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Highly analytical with strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning and S&OP development through data analyses.
• Analyze data and forecast to improve forecast accuracy for product lines.
• Develop and monitor supply chain metrics and BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with functions to align demand with capacity.
• Maintain inventories and optimize inventory investment targets.
• Perform cost and profit modeling using capacity planning tools.
• Execute day-to-day demand planning activities and related analyses.
