Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a trainer/coach for client service, providing ongoing coaching, development, and training for associates. You will help design training plans and facilitate new hire programs within a fast-paced pest control services organization.

You will collaborate with leadership to improve performance, participate in interviews, and contribute to a positive, high-efficiency work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in a client service position for a minimum of six (6) months.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong familiarity with National Accounts.
• Previous leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities
