Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a client-service oriented leader to drive training and development for our service teams. You will create customized training plans, coach associates in real-time, and support recruiting efforts to build high-performing centers across our North American operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and relationship-building, with opportunities to promote from within and contribute to a safety-focused, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be in a client service position for a minimum of six months
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong familiarity with National Accounts
• Previous leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and execute unique, individualized training plans for underperforming client service colleagues
• Side-by-side listening of associate calls, reviewing emails/portals and cases
• Provide real-time coaching and development to associates
• Participate in recruiting activities and assist with candidate interviews
• Co-facilitate new hire and recurrent training
• Facilitate recognition programs and organize center activities
• Cultivate and maintain functional relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure sensitivity, proper routing, and responsiveness to customer requirements

Assists Client Service management; Provides client service associates with additional assistance, side-by-side coaching, ongoing training & development, and co-facilitates new hire training. Cultivates and maintains on-going functional partnerships and client relationships.

Key Performance Indicators

• Completion rate of weekly assigned calls/emails/cases to review
• Completion rate of weekly coaching 1:1s with assigned colleagues
• Maintain acceptable availability % to help support team chats
• Availability to respond to incoming contacts when requested due to high SLA demand
